- Caused by the previous party unsealing the Blade of the Horned Rat
- Blade of the Horned Rat was given to Aradon, as employers
- The removal of the sword allowed The Horned Rat’s influence to seep into the realm
- Caused the Blight region to slowly grow through the mountains, and threaten Aradon, Waldland, and Ruthenia
- Began the Age of Strife
Central Blight
- The central blight is the Blighted region of the Broken Spine Mountains, dividing North and South Eoris
- Created during the Festival of Rot by the Rot beam originating in The Amphitheatre
- Seen in the red regions
